Website privacy notice
This notice covers the whisperboxchat.com website and waitlist. The app will have its own notice before launch.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you join the waitlist.
- Your answer to “What brings you here?”, if you give one.
- The date you joined (the day, not the time).
That's all. The site sets no cookies, loads nothing from other companies, and we keep no logs of who visits. To show how many people are here, each open page sends our own server a random number made fresh in that tab every two minutes; it never identifies you, and only the totals are kept.
Why
To email you when you can try Whisperboxchat, and — if you told us you work with an organisation — to ask about a pilot. We never sell or share it.
Where it's kept
In a database hosted by Supabase, with access limited to the Whisperboxchat team.
How long
Until shortly after public launch, then we delete the list. Ask us any time and we'll delete your entry straight away.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information under Canada's PIPEDA (and the GDPR, if you're in the EU). Email support@whisperboxchat.com.
